Well everyone we've looked at some things that have recently taken place and taken many ideals into the thought process and we came up with that our Site name does not fully suit ours or your needs. So in order to fix that problem we've decided to change our name to..., " GameStorm Games Interactive. " Yep same great name but BETTER! We felt that since we ourselves are delving into game design along with offering what we have right now with an the Interactivity associated with it we thought that this change was a much needed one.

Apologies to everybody that was and already is apart of our site. I was forced to take some unwilling time off from keeping the site up to day on gaming news and such due to family issues and other problems that arose in recent. I am working on fixing this and things are slowly clearing up and we will be getting things together for sure within the next month or so (around the end of January - Tax Time to be exact) and then I will have full internet time available to get things flowing 24/7 again. I will update what I can when available as I can for now but until then Thank you for your patience and Happy Gaming!

Good news for psp owners to support the growth of products that record large amounts of data, such as high mega pixel digital cameras and high-definition camcorders, the PRO-HG format offers three times faster data transfer rates than those of the standard Memory Stick PRO Duo format. Sony's Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo media has shorter data transmission times and faster recording times between hardware with an 8-bit parallel interface and the flash memory device. The Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo media can also be used with conventional 4-bit parallel interface hardware

Yes, you read right! Though its said only to be an "concept" by Neon of team tycoon, it appears to anyone whom is formiliar with the origin of custom firmware that history is indeed repeating its self. Neon also says this is only a demostraition and will NEVER be released to the general public. Yeah, right lol. anywho heres the "but" if this is just some demo that showing that the go is capable of emulating sega roms on a NEW firmware not to be released, why bother playing show in tell?

We've officially started a small MMORPG project to offer our members. The current project is a low-grade one until we gain more experience in the game development field. It is a 2d isometric which might not exactly seem to fancy your eye but when we tested some of the other games that used the same engine we found some of them to be rather joyful so we figured this would be a good place to set a foothold until we can move onto bigger and better things.

For now though all we can tell you is that it will be called, ' the ETERNAL FLAME - the darkness within '

We will slowly leak you more details as the game development progresses...

PS3 Headset rumor that a Cross-Game Feature firmware update for the system has killed this rumor. Our sources say that there is now about a 90% true chance statement to this supposed rumor.

We have here a statement that was caught in mid-speech from a post in the Sony PS3 Forums 'Naughty Dog Dev' which is part of the design team behind the upcoming Uncharted 2: Among Theives which read...

“But I will suggest it anyway,” ReklissAbandon wrote. “Not to mention that the next PS3 firmware update is going to allow cross game chat. So if players use that instead of in game communication then they would also be able to communicate enemies positions.”

It has been confirmed by other viewers that this is no longer speculation and that it is definately a feature suitable to say it's on the way. The post was deleted quickly by Sony's Forums to avoid further dismay. But we say...shame on Sony for ... Read more »

Crytek is excited to announce that their latest all-in-one development solution CryENGINE 3 is now available for all developers.

Earlier in the year, we posted up some media (trailer and screens) that Crytek had released, along with the features of the engine in detail.

You can also find the latest trailer that has been released by Crytek embedded in HD (720p) quality below, titled “Beauty, Speed, Interaction”.
CryENGINE 3 is the first game development platform for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, MMO, DX9/DX10 that also is truly Next-Gen-Ready – with scalable computation and graphics for all major upcoming platforms.

It provides the complete game engine to create AAA quality next generation games, and includes the redesigned CryENGINE 3 Sandbox level editor, a production-proven, 3rd generation “What you see is what you play” (WYSIWYP) – tool designed by and for professional developers.

Aight, no one knows the exact specs but we do know its has a touch screen, bluetooth capatable, mic, better screen resolution then the 4000 (go) model 32gb internal memory flash drive, a micro magic stick slot, and NO UMD DRIVE so ALL games will be also downloads like the go. Its also said to rival the first gen XBOX in every aspect and makes the PS2 obsolete with a NEW revolutionary "quad core" drive system. oh and its a "slider" the controls are behind the screen.. its basically the "iphone" of handheld games, fully ps store accessible, from movies to tv shows.

Yeah sony's at it again, this time they've blocked 5.50 gen-b requiring official firmware 6.10 or higher to access the playstation network. Some say "they're getting smarter" I say this is only another mistake in a long list of mistakes made by sony. CFW users make up about 40% of psn, to block them is to hurt sales.
